Job summary

A fast-growing IT services and solutions provider is seeking a Senior Infrastructure / Network / Operation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing application change processes, performing system/network planning, and leading the operation support team. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, as well as networking skills including routing and switching, with relevant certifications (CCIE/CCNP) preferred.

2. Coordinate, document, and execute application release activities.
3. Develop and maintain system configuration documents and SOPs.
4. Provide application support in IT incidents.
5. Support maintenance and incident management processes.
6. Build and lead the operation support team.

Responsibilities

3. Coordinate with other teams on project design and implementation.

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in IT system support or operation.
• Knowledge of Windows & Linux OS.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and responsible.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in networking.
• Strong knowledge and experience in routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with F5 / A10 load balancer and Cisco / Fortigate firewall.
• Experience in SSL Offload, HTTP & TCP/IP load balancing, and WAF setup.
• Holder of CCIE or CCNP, with knowledge in multicast as an advantage.

Senior IT Operation Analyst
