Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services to employees across departments, includingrecruitment, on-off boarding, casual labor employment, employee relations, staff activities and company events, and seeking initiatives to improve both effectiveness and efficiency continuously
  • Responsible for bridging between internal departments and external parties to coordinate the daily operation of all HR services on any ad-hoc request needs
  • Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures; and provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guideline
  • Compile and maintain HR reports on regular or need base
  • Support HRIS implementation and enhancement projects as assigned
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in HR gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast-paced and flexible at work
  • A team player with proactive, detail and result oriented mindset, fast learner, able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
