Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Senior Deskside Support Engineer to provide top-tier IT and desktop support to VIP users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing video conference setups. Candidates should hold a diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline, with at least one year of IT support experience preferred. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English are a must.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year’s experience in IT support, Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for VC support to all meetings
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services

• HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1 year’ experience in IT support, Fresh Grad will also be considered
• Proactive attitude on problem-solving, with VIP service experience is highly preferred
• Familiar with Video Conference (Polycom, Zoom, Teams) and AV supports
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
