Job description
  • Manage and maintain SCCM environment to package and deploy software, ensuring that end users have the latest versions and patches.
  • Develop and maintain Azure virtual desktop, desktop golden image, and ensure that end users are provided with a secure and stable computing environment.
  • Ensure that IT security requirements are met and exceeded to protect the organization from cyber threats.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency in the computing environment.
  • Develop and maintain security patching solutions to keep end users protected from known vulnerabilities.
  • Drive or participate in desktop projects to ensure that end users are provided with the best possible computing experience.
  • Provide support to end users and troubleshoot issues related to the computing environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that end users are provided with the best possible computing experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related job experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM software packaging and deployment, Azure virtual desktop, desktop golden image, PowerShell scripting, and security patching solutions.
  • Knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive or participate in desktop projects.
