Job Description

• Identify, develop, and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base aggressively.
• Coach and lead a small team to achieve sales targets and provide training on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Handle and monitor daily sales operations closely.
• Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers, conduct face-to-face presentations leading to deals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and analysis reports.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the payment solution industry.
• Knowledge of online media and the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
• Independent, able to work under pressure, presentable, aggressive, result-driven with a proven sales track record.
