Job summary

A reputable bank is seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to enhance customer relations and business opportunities in Hong Kong and China. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or Marketing, have strong customer relationship management skills, and at least 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking. Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential for this role, which involves credit assessment and business development.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing fields.
• At least 3 years experience in Commercial Banking.
• Qualification of HKSI is preferred.

Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager (Ref: CR2-RMSRM-PT-ICBCA)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare credit proposals, review for existing and new customers.
• Perform credit analysis on the credit applications.
• Monitor and manage the risk profile of the loan portfolio.
• Solicit new customers and new business opportunities in deposits and loans, cross-selling other bank products.
• Promote the corporate culture and image. Maintain good rapport with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities in Hong Kong and China.
• Provide quality after-sales service to existing commercial customers.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting and Marketing fields.
• Qualification of HKSI is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua.
• At least 3 years experience in Commercial Banking, capable of handling lending and deposit portfolio independently.
• Able to solicit new business, closing of deals, credit assessment and monitoring of customers.
• Experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Relationship Manager.
