A leading financial institution is seeking a Relationship Manager for their Non-Banks Business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products and expanding business through cross-selling. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of banking experience, showcasing strong relationship management skills in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and marketing banking products.
• Enlarge business scope via cross-selling banking products.
• Maintain close relationship and have good customer services to clients.
• Comply with all internal procedures and all external regulations.
• Identify and report any policy breaches to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce and Marketing disciplines.
• Relevant Individuals of RA Type 1 and 4.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Banking / Securities Firms / Asset Management Firms. Experience in handling sales and marketing to Non-bank Fis is preferable.
• Good relationship management skills.
• Familiar with Banking products and market.
• Good team spirit and cooperative.
• Open minded, patient and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
