Job summary

A leading project management company is seeking a Project Manager with experience in handling large-scale integration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, relevant certifications like PMP, and a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field. Responsibilities include planning and managing projects, assessing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Sound experience in large-scale system integration projects preferred.
• Technical solid experiences in supporting and managing infrastructure environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning and management of the project including resource management and change control.
• Proactively assess risks and issues; formulate mitigation plans and timely report to management.
• Manage implementation of Infrastructure and Cloud projects by coordinating project management activities.

Job description

• Planning and management of the project including scheduling resources management and change control according to the Company’s policy and guideline
• Proactively assess risk and issues; formulate mitigation plans and timely report to management
• Host regular meetings with stakeholders including management, peers and vendors
• Work Flexible working hours for migration weekend or after-hours support
• Manage implementation of Infrastructure and Cloud project by coordinating all project management activities
• Work with senior management on project direction and scope based on strategic needs; Influence peers, stakeholders and leaders to make the right decisions
• Drive technical team to deliver business values planned in the project together with stakeholders and project sponsor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Professional qualification in project management is required (e.g. PMP) and in ITIL Best Practices
• At least 5 years of experience in hands-on project management experience.
• Experience working with regional and global teams.
• Sound experience in large-scale system integration project preferred
• Technical solid experiences in supporting and managing infrastructure environment preferred
• Proven record to manage troubled teams/projects and bring them to success
• Strong leadership, communication and vendor management skills
• Good supervisory skill, able to drive a project team composed of members from different departments
