Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure and system implementation services to enterprise customers with IT products and suppliers.
• Collaborate with various engineering teams, including technical specialists, commercial sales, presales, and manage external service providers to ensure proper execution of work.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering tasks, resources, costs, and deliverables.
• Manage projects related to networking, data centers, servers, storage, systems, cybersecurity, cloud, software development, and voice/PABX.
• Oversee equipment procurement, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide status updates on project costs and schedules, and resolve issues promptly. Escalate issues and risks as needed.

Project Manager (Applications) Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to align project objectives, resources, and expectations.
• Manage solution development and project implementation across domains.
• Participate in system delivery discussions and pilot new projects.
• Gather requirements from clients and teams to define work plans.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure delivery.

Job Requirements

• Over 4 years of project management experience.

• Strong ownership, innovation, and adaptability.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, HTML, API, Cloud is a plus.
