Job summary

A well-established corporation specializing in solutions for Jewelry Manufacturing, Garment and Textile, and Warehouse Management is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst with ERP and Accounting system implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, be fluent in English, and possess the initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in ERP/Accounting system implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and analysis, functional requirement documentation.
• System testing, UAT coordination and support, and go-live user support.
• Prepare technical documents, procedures, and training for users.

• Requirement gathering and analysis, functional requirement documentation, system testing, UAT coordination and support and go live user support etc.
• Prepare technical documents, procedures, training to users for applications migration & adoption

Job Requirements

• Solid experience in ERP/Accounting system implementation will be an advantage.
• Having experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX is an absolute advantage.
• Should be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Should possess very good communication and presentation skills.
• Have to be initiative and be able to work independently.
• Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
