What are your responsibilities?

1. Structuring, negotiating, and drafting financing documentation, such as loan agreements and security agreements.
2. Reviewing project agreements, including construction contracts, revenue contracts, and supply and service contracts applicable to the project.
3. Advising clients on contingent liabilities and legal risks associated with a project that could impact investment or lending decisions.

What skills/qualifications will you need?

• 3-7 PQE in project finance or energy sectors.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Candidates with international law firm training are highly preferred.
