An established firm is seeking a passionate payroll professional to support our expanding Business Services Division. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll services for diverse clients and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. A Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or HR Management is required, along with good communication skills in English and Chinese. We welcome detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in payroll services for MNCs.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Business Services Division to cope with our fast growing practice.

What the job role is:

  • Assist all-round payroll service delivery based on payroll cycle for multi-client portfolios and meet the operations requirements;
  • Work with small team of professional staff to prepare regular payroll, final payment, leave and OT calculations, monthly reports and MPF remittance statements;
  • Ensure payroll service alignment with the clients’ company policies and regulations;
  • Participate in the start-up for new payroll clients as assigned;
  • Ensure Full statutory compliance with local legislation and mandatory requirements;
  • Providing HR advisory to clients;

Who we are looking for:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Business Studies or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1-2 year's experience in payroll services for MNCs or professional service (with more experience will be consider as Senior Associate)
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task under tight timeline
  • Must be meticulous, diligent with a can-do attitude
  • Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proficiency in HRIS preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
