Job description

Perform on-site troubleshooting with customers, including network connectivity, PC hardware, Windows OS, and application installation.

Customer handling – Work with the account manager to deliver services.

Manage inventory – Monitor and manage toner parts inventory.

Handle multiple solutions associated with Multi-Functional Printers such as print management, scan connector, DMS, and monitoring tools.

Project management – Collaborate with the project manager on deployments.

Other ad-hoc tasks such as inventory checks.

Daily routine tasks related to HP printing services.

Ensure printers/MFPs are in working condition; escalate issues if necessary.

Monitor toner/parts levels and keep track of inventory, including spare parts and units.

Communication – Respond to emails promptly and handle telephone inquiries if applicable.

Coordinate with the servicing team on schedules.

Service ticket management – Log incident tickets after customer reports an issue and manage tickets until closure.

Supplies and consumables – Check the Remote Monitoring Management Console (RMMC) for toner, ink, printheads, image drums, and maintenance kits levels.

Ensure thresholds and shipping labels are customizable by site.

Moves, additions, changes, and disposes (MACD) – Notify the ADM of any installs, moves, additions, or changes to arrange paperwork and charges.

Fill and sign the MACD form prior to device movement. Provide the UAT sign-off form, updated MSL, and floor map after activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in or closely related to the IT industry.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to learn various solution technologies including fax, security, scanning, and printing software.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English for both writing and speaking.
  • Good communication skills to minimize misunderstandings during escalations.
