Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Network Engineer/Senior Network Engineer to manage network infrastructure installations and configurations. The successful candidate will support network troubleshooting and deliver technical documentation, ensuring efficient operations for client services. A diploma in IT or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in English and Chinese communication is essential for interacting with clients and technical teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Network management (switches, routers, load balancers).
• Experience in installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning, and configuring relevant technologies.
• Ability to perform advanced problem determination/resolution.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Handle advance customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration.
• Setup, backup, Scripting, Network troubleshooting and administration of software and systems on the Network Infrastructure

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 3 year’s experience in Network management such as: switches, routers and load balancers.
• At least 3 year’s experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies.
