A leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager. The role involves driving B2B customer acquisition and retention, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective evaluation of marketing programs. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is also required.

Job Description
• SME B2B customers' Acquisition / Retention
• Assist to develop marketing strategies of fixed line and broadband services to achieve performance targets and leading positioning
• Design appropriate GTM approaches, targeting, best-in-class marketing programs and offers to drive the acquisition performance
• Drive internal departments and or external parties to develop customer oriented marketing program logistics, including program documentation, system setting, sales training, customer communication
• Perform target setting benchmarking, program result tracking and performance analysis
• Conduct regular performance review with sales channels, fine-tune sales approach and marketing programs for hit rate improvement
• Collect customer feedbacks and continuously improve customer communications
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant B2B marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications or IT industry
• With telco experience preferred and focusing offer management and campaign idea creation
• Mobile SME market with pricing / offer management and event management experience
• Strong project management skills, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines
• Creative, positive-thinking, good business sense with analytical abilities and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
