Our Client
US global law firm hiring over 2000 professionals across Asia, US and Europe to search for an Institutional Marketing & Business Development Specialist for the APAC region.
Job Duties
- As part of the Regional Marketing & Business Development Department, responsible for the timely production of bilingual RFPs and preparation of clients’ pitches/proposals and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with professional staff across capital markets, banking, corporate, and various IP practices.
- Oversee the planning and smooth execution of clients’ events and business development activities.
- Facilitate regional/global projects related to CRM and business initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing client engagement and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote business development opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and client needs.
- Prepare tailored digital and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for meetings and events.
- Support new product launches and marketing activities for the division.
- Organize events and seminars, and prepare promotional materials.
- Manage APAC client events, branding, and marketing communications.
- Report to Regional CEO and Global Head of Marcom, leading the planning and execution of bespoke client events.
- Advise senior management on branding and activation strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
- Implement innovative branding strategies to support product launches and market positioning.
- Leverage consumer and market insights to prioritize portfolio initiatives.
- Ensure content is engaging, data-driven, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate with 4+ years of relevant marketing and business development experience.
- Experience in an international professional law firm.
- Proven ability to prepare proposals, RFPs, and presentation materials in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in written English and Chinese.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with hybrid WFH models and dynamic, multicultural settings.
- Some knowledge of the pharma industry is preferred.
