Our client is a financial technology company that aims streamline the complex world of payment processing into a seamless experience. Their all-in-one technology platform cuts through the complex transaction journey and empowers their merchants to open new doors to new horizons.

Our client is seeking a high calibre candidate to join their expanding team and will be rewarded with generous package.

Reponsbilities

• Conduct company, industry, market, and economic research and monitoring

• Financial modelling and analysis

• M&A: assist with potential target screening, due diligence, and financial close for acquisition targets

• Fund raising: assist with investor liaison

• Develop presentation materials in both English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in financial services (PE/VC/hedge funds), investment banking, strategy / management consulting, accounting, digital assets (crypto), or internet start-ups (in particular, fintech involved with payments and/or lending) or big data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

• Ability to interact and build relationships with senior management

• High emotional quotient

• Strong financial modelling skills

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Eager to learn and work in an entrepreneurial environment

• Independent, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision, yet a team player
