Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the analysis and report the performance relative to target by district an branch leave.
• Assist the district manager to analysis branches' performance and provide a dynamic revision on its sales strategy.
• Assist to standardize and implement the operation procedures.
• Work closely with relevant department and District Manager to drive the sales activities.
• Supervise the progress of key performance indicators achievement and follow up the action plan.
• Support on the system development of sales tools and provide training when launch.
• Assist to strengthen the sales team and provide the training of business knowledge and sale techniques.
• Prepare and share the successful cases and market information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• At Least 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry, Candidate with frontline sales experience is preferred.
• Has the experience in district management, plan the key performance indicators, the system development of key performance indicators is preferred.
• Has the experience in district management, sales strategy plan, the system development of sales tool and formulating sales team is preferred.
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent Communications and presentation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Good computer skills, e.g. Excel and Chinese Word processing.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior levels.
