Job summary

A leading bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager for its Products Marketing within the Payments and Cash Management Department. The successful candidate will formulate sales strategies, enhance customer service, and contribute to product development for cash management services to corporate clients. Applicants should hold a university degree in a related field and possess a minimum of 5 years of banking experience, particularly in cash management. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential.

Qualifications

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, especially in product development of cash management business.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote cash management services to corporate customers.
  • Provide quality customer service and monitor the sales performance.
  • Liaise with the Head-office and branches for continuous product development.

Responsibilities:

  • •Responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies / programs to promote cash management services / products to corporate customers.
  • •Provide quality customer service and monitor the sales performance to grow the Bank's cash management business.
  • •Responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies / programs to promote cash management services / products to corporate customers.
  • •Liaise with our Head-office and /or ICBC branches for continuous product developments and act as the contact points among all centers.
  • •Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experiences, especially in product development of cash management business.
  • Strong product knowledge on cash management business.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • •Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
