A leading financial institution is currently seeking a Manager for its Products Innovation in Payments and Cash Management Department. This role entails overseeing product development, enhancements, and promotions of cash management products. Qualified candidates must be university graduates with a strong background in banking, specifically in cash management, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, especially in product development.

Responsibilities:

• •Responsible for product developments, enhancements as well as promotions on cash management products and services for our targeted clients.
• •Organize and perform risk assessments on the new products.
• •Preparation on product materials and implementation for cash management products / transaction banking products.
• •Coordinate with internal/external parties in development of joint programs and new business alliances.
• •Handle system input and perform UAT.
• •Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experiences, especially in product development of cash management business.
• Strong product knowledge on cash management business.
• Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• •Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
