Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a Manager for Performance Management to oversee key performance indicators and enhance policy execution within its branch network. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in the banking sector, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands an ability to work independently under pressure. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and negotiate with other department on key performance indicators.
  • Assist in plan and execute the key performance indicators of branch network and related staff.
  • Implement the policy of key performance indicators, which included to formulate the guideline of reward, punishment, the follow-up mechanism, etc.
  • Provide the report of key performance indicators.
  • Assist in executing the policy of key performance indicators, developing and enhancing the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
  • At Least 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry, Candidate with frontline sales experience is preferred.
  • Has the experience in district management, plan the key performance indicators, the system development of key performance indicators is preferred.
  • Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Communications and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Excel and Chinese Word processing.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior levels.
