Job summary

A financial institution is seeking a professional to drive transaction processes and execute deals within a dynamic team environment. The role requires strong experience in fixed income and investment banking, along with fluency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese. Successful candidates will possess a degree in Business, Finance, or Law, with an MBA or CFA preferred, and have a keen interest in financial services markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fixed income, IBD, ECM/DCM, credit and deal structuring.
• Strong interest in financial services markets and trends.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Drive whole transaction process.
• Deal execution which includes documentation review, roadshow arrangement, book running and deal settlement.
• Manage quality of pitch book in English and Chinese.
• Liaise with relationship managers, fixed income sales team, global markets investment team, legal and compliance, etc.
• Provide market update to team members, relationship managers and senior management, and analyze market development.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business/ Finance/ Law, preferably with MBA/ CFA.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• With a minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed income, IBD, ECM/DCM, credit and deal structuring experience.
• Strong analytical orientation, knowledge of credit, risk and structural issues.
• Strong interest in financial services markets and trends.
• Candidates with less experience would be also considered.
