Job summary

An established banking institution is seeking a Manager for the Corporate Finance & Services department. Qualifications

Manager, Corporate Finance & Services , Payments and Cash Management Department(Ref: PCM_CPS_KF-ICBCA)

Responsibilities:

• •Responsible for the evaluation of product proposals put up by relevant product/business departments to ensure they can fulfill our Bank's business needs, competitiveness and are in line with both internal and external polices and regulatory requirements .
• •Work closely with various departments and business centres on decision making of marketing plan for bilateral corporate financing/cash management business.
• •Responsible for organizing risk assessment work group on need basis in the course of product risk assessment in order to speed up the new product approval process Ensuring full compliance in accordance with the product development procedure before product launch .
• •Responsible for review and follow up of customer experience of new and existing products.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua .
• •Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.
