A leading retail chain company in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support professional to deliver technical assistance and solutions for network, systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant IT certification, possess at least 3 years of experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role demands both independent initiative and teamwork to effectively manage support during various hours.

Job Description
• Provide technical support and corresponding troubleshooting to end users
• Install and provide feasible solutions on network, systems, software and hardware
• Arrange remote or on-site support activities during office hours and non-office hours if needed
Job Requirements
• Certificate holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline, with MCSE or CCNA is preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in network administration, Windows and UNIX/ LINUX based systems
• Able to work under pressure, initiative, independent and responsible
• A good team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
