Qualifications

Job description

Our client is a listed H-Share FT1000 firm and also listed in US, providing technology and communication services to the markets globally.

• Act as in-house counsel to provide professional legal advice and support
• Responsible in ensuring that corporate regulatory requirements are complied with and across relevant jurisdictions
• Draft, review and advise on general legal and business documentation
• Work closely with external parties/internal departments to ensure the group of companies in compliance with regulatory requirements in company secretarial perspective
• Organize board meetings and assist in preparing/reviewing/translating corporate announcements with legal angle
• Seek consultation and co-ordinate with outside counsel and relevant professional advisers

Requirement: :

• Bachelor Degree or above in Corporate or Commercial Law or equivalent
• 5+ years'of corporate legal experience with HKICS/ICSA is preferably
• Strong knowledge of Listing Rules, Company Ordinance and Corporate Law
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and be a good team player
• Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, hands-on
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
