Our client is a world renowned FMCG leader, they are seeking a high calibre candidate to manage their eCommerce channel, mainly focus on NON FOOD.

Responsibilities

• Manage key eCommerce customers on a day to day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise.
• Assist in delivering and developing the company's sales and profit targets.
• Identify business opportunities in major eCommerce customers and work closely with cross-functional team (Marketing, Customer service, Finance and Supply chain) to realize those opportunities on project basis.
• Assist in business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles are also necessary.

Requirements

• A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business / marketing field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG Key Account experience
• Strong project management experiences and solid skills at Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Able to work in team, but stressful, environment with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Be result-oriented.
