A leading firm is seeking an IT Specialist/Helpdesk to provide on-site support for government projects in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will analyze customer requirements and possess strong IT knowledge including expertise in Cisco and Microsoft certifications. With over 4 years of hands-on experience in network operations, you will ensure the effective deployment of IT solutions. This role also requires excellent customer handling skills and the ability to work within a team.

Job Description
• The Resident Support Engineer(s) shall possess the following professional qualifications and experience.
• Understand, analyze customer requirements for deploying to achieve solution requirement.
• Strong knowledge of IT products like Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Websense proxy appliance, Juniper Firewall/ Fortigate Firewall, VM ware, Symantec ProxySG gateway, etc.
• Good customer and vendor handling skills
Job Requirements
• Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent;
• Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent;
• Over 4-years hands-on working experience in administration and operation of network router, switch, firewall, proxy server, VPN gateway, Windows server and software distribution systems.
