- Coordinate with end users and desktop facilities support services on the fulfilment of service requests related to Install/Move/Add/Change of their PCs, monitors, printers, mobile devices, software, and computer peripherals.
- Provide computer hardware and software procurement coordination support to the users including sourcing the products according to the catalogue provided by the Club, obtaining quotations from the Club approved suppliers, facilitating the issue of purchase orders, expediting the delivery, organizing the installation upon request assigned through the Club’s System
- Coordinate miscellaneous service requests to the responsible parties/vendors such as
- Forward the domain name registration and renewal email to the Club Internal Staff,
- Provision of broadband network and telecom services by Telecom Team
- The provision of cloud storage services, software licenses renewal by Infrastructure Team,
- New staff onboarding, and offboarding of exiting staff to appropriate support parties.
- Coordinate with end users on the parts relevant to end-user computing in ad-hoc projects, such as PCs relocation in department-relocation projects upon request assigned through the Club’s System
- Update and monitor service request ticket in the Club’s system until completion.
- For Inventory update after purchases are completed and linking those contract information to perform record update and process such as, stock keeping, purchase requisition, deployment record in the Club’s Software License Reconciliation tools.
- Perform record update for purchased hardware in the Club’s asset inventory system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or related education
- At least 2 years working experience in IT admin work.
- Knowledge in PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to be working independence.
- Able to Overtime when necessary.
