Job description

SW8357 |02 Sep 2022 Infrastructure Specialist (SCCM)

• Manage and provide design, deploying, configuring and support of desktop technologies in a distributed environment
• Responsible for software distribution and patch management as well as building and deploying software packages to workstations and endpoints including mobile devices
• Manage enterprise level endpoints using Microsoft technologies
• Auditing of hardware/software inventory
• Provide administrative support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SCCM environment
• Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures
• Coordinate with various support towers on incidents resolution pertaining to SCCM issues
• Ensure all endpoints are working properly within the enterprise environment
• Strong self-driven motivation to stay up-to-date with the latest applications, do research and testing to integrate into existing systems
• Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript and or PowerShell
• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
• Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation
• Ability to prioritize and plan
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN
• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

• Working experience or skill with Microsoft’s Systems Control Configuration Management (SCCM) and Microsoft InTune
• Experience in managing large scale enterprise level infrastructure specializing in managing Microsoft SCCM
