Job summary

A prominent Private Equity/Hedge Fund Company in Hong Kong is seeking a Human Resources Manager/Assistant Manager to enhance their team. This role involves overseeing complete HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, while also advising department leaders on HR matters. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, possess at least 4 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in both English and Chinese languages. Human Resources Manager/Assistant Manager (Finance;PE/HedgeFund;5day;Central! HK$35K-48K)

Our client is a Private Equity/Hedge Fund Company in HK . They are looking for a high caliber Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Manager to join their team.

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee on-boarding & employee relations
  • Prepare monthly payroll, final payment, leave calculation, MPF in timely matter.
  • Monitor and facilitate internal HR Policy and system, maintain necessary documentation for employees
  • Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of working experience in human resources management, preferably from finance / investment firm industry
  • Solid understanding in Employment Ordinance and MPF Schemes Ordinance
  • Well-organized, independent and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
