Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Partnership Marketing & Development. The successful candidate will formulate strategies to expand the partnership network while managing relationships and driving operations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, have over 10 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in both English and Chinese. Competitive salary between HK$50K - HK$75K p.m. offered.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in partnership marketing & development with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
  • Strong in strategic planning and business sense with excellent analytical skill.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Our client is a very sizable firm and is one of the market leaders in the industry. Their business covers both sizable retail and corporate markets. Their business covers various sectors of consumer market with over 100K membership.

  • Formulate short to long term marketing strategies to expand the partnership network in the market as well as build and maintain strong relationship and enhance the loyalty level
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to cross-functional teams, various business units, media and technical vendors, etc. to ensure all programs, projects, action plans are effectively executed towards the business direction
  • Keep abreast of market trends and perform meaningful analysis, hence to develop valuable strategic plans and loyalty programs to gain the engagement of partners
  • Drive the teams to effective the daily operations

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline
  • 10+ years ‘ experience in partnership marketing & development with at least 3 years at a managerial level, candidates with loyalty programs experience is highly preferably
  • Experience in dealing with C-level management, strong in strategic planning and business sense with excellent analytical skill and stakeholder management
  • Able to drive for implementation of projects with various stakeholders,
  • Highly presentable with excellent communication and time management skill
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
