Job summary

A well-known property developer is seeking a Head of Human Resources (Recruitment & Training) to lead talent management, training initiatives, and HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of HR experience, with a strong background in managerial roles and comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, along with experience in working with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of solid Human Resources experience.
• 8 years or more at the managerial level.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for talent management, such as recruitment, talent acquisition and development, performance evaluation, etc.
• Design and coordinate various training programs
• Support in developing corporate plans in compensations and benefits
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of solid Human Resources experience, of which 8 years or more in managerial level
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Experienced in dealing with Senior Management is preferable
• Familiar with London Labour Ordinance is a definite advantage
