Responsibilities:

Manage the product design, testing, validation and product launch activities

Leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, providing direction on technology application and quality function deployment (QFD)

Support the production in factories to meet the requirements in terms of quality, costs, delivery and responsiveness

Partner with other internal teams to drive through the production plans

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines

12 years of work experience in power management system, solution design and safety standard management

Result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills

Good project management skill with strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
