Job Description

Responsibilities

1. WiFi & Network system project design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support & maintenance.
2. Carry out WiFi system design, installation, and maintenance support.
3. Attend customer meetings to confirm WiFi requirements and update installation progress.
4. Issue fault tickets to equipment vendors and assist troubleshooting.
5. Prepare project documents and provide training/briefings to customers.
6. Implement Wi-Fi project work.
7. Collaborate with Project Manager and other teams for Wi-Fi projects.
8. Site management including work planning and project coordination.
9. Supervise contractors and inspect workmanship.
10. Prepare WiFi reports (coverage, testing, commissioning, UAT), drawings, and submissions.

Project Engineer (Structured Cabling System)

Fresh graduates are welcomed. Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the Assistant Engineer position.

Responsibilities

1. Implement cabling project work.
2. Work with Project Manager and other teams on cabling projects or integration projects.
3. Site management including work planning and project coordination.
4. Supervise contractors and inspect workmanship.
5. Prepare site reports, drawings, and submissions.
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
7. Implement structured cabling system projects.

Job Requirements

General Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT networking and 3 years in Wi-Fi systems.
• Good technical knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei Wi-Fi systems.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP certifications.
• Strong planning, coordination, and contractor management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience working in construction site environments may be required.

Structured Cabling System Engineer

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Non-degree tertiary education or higher in Engineering or Computing.
• Experience with structured cabling systems (Copper and Fibre).
• Construction site and Data Centre project experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cabling BOM creation, cable materials, and infrastructure components.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong planning, coordination, and contractor management skills.
• Experience in tendering, bidding, and budgeting is a plus.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to work on construction sites.
