Job Description
• Responsible for crafting and managing product strategy, leading short- and long-term planning for the business and optimising operational execution.
• Develop a product strategy and lead the short and long-term planning process, in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Design and implement product development and commercialization plans to ensure successful execution of the company’s strategy.
• Drive operational execution within product development, production and commercial functions.
• Establish a product development roadmap, product development strategies and plans.
• Set operational goals and metrics for product development, production and commercial functions to align with overall business strategy.
Job Requirements
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience delivering highly successful products.
• Proven track record of leading teams to produce significant, measurable results.
• Strong data management experience.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
