Deputy Manager to Manager, Retail Banking Operation - Operations Management Dept (Ref:TPC-RBS-AL-ICBCA)

Responsibilities:

• •Reconcile the general ledgers of credit card business on daily basis to ensure the GL entries are in accordance to the Bank's policy.
• •Perform UAT for system enhancement which is related to the credit card settlement
• •Answer the enquiries from internal departments/ branches and external parties, such as card associations, which are related to card settlement.
• •Prepare statistics and reports to external parties, including Visa, MasterCard and CUP on regular basis.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit card settlement.
• Good communication skills, independent and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
