Job Description
• Manage and supervise operation team to provide daily technical and operational support
• Handle daily operation and administration duties
• Monitor the healthiness of system and provide helpdesk support
• Perform first line problem detection and escalation and perform day-to-day operation support related duties of the system
• Providing on-site technical support; printing and distributing user reports;
• Conducting routine system health check; producing performance reports;
• Executing backup arrangement and supporting operation.
Job Requirements
• 5 years in operational support with at least 1 year of management/ supervisor role
• Experienced in IT operations management and data center environment
• Post-qualification operation experience on government IT systems;
• Operation experience in operating a data center with systems supporting at least 200 concurrent users based on UNIX (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, etc.) and Windows platforms in a high-availability and cluster environment;
• Experience in project coordination or client services
• Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner;
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Willing to work on public holidays & 7x24 roster if necessary;
