Job description

Our client, a phone device company, is looking for high calibre candidates for their Customer Service Team to provide high-quality services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services including inquiry & complaint handling in the service center.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above.
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in the customer services field is preferred.
  • Part-time CS will also be considered.
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
