Qualifications

• Building deal structures and complex financial models.

My client is one of the most famous listed Company in Hong Kong and they are looking for great talent to join their Corporate Finance team. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for Corporate Finance Director for the company, less experienced candidate will be also considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with senior leadership to identify and analyse business
  development and
  investment opportunities to optimise business profitability and performance
• Building deal structure, complex financial models and industry diligence
• Reviewing market and industry research
• Monitoring projects execution and communicating with external parties
• Preparing and presenting investment proposal to investment committee
• Participating in ad hoc analysis report

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant
• Minimum 7‑9 years of relevant experience
• CPA or CFA holder
• Good knowledge in accounting standards and HK and China listing rules
