Job Description
Cloud Governance Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Cloud Governance, ensuring regulatory, legal, policy and stakeholder obligations are adhered to with respect to Cloud
- Responsible for the Cloud Governance Management Model
- Identify, promote and provide regional view of key Cloud Services risks and issues. Ensure that the risks and issues are captured in related risk committee and workgroup
- Ensure actively responding to consultations on Cloud related policies and guidelines
- Drive the Cloud vision and promote the use of technology trends within the region
Cloud Architect (Infra and Security)
Responsibilities
- Play a strategic role in maintaining all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.
- Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
- Participate in architecture review and approval processes.
- Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
- Develop and organize cloud systems.
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Guide infrastructure migration techniques, including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
- Identify top cloud architecture solutions to meet strategic needs.
- Design Cloud Native Application Architectures or optimize applications for AWS / Azure.
- Lead client design workshops and deliver complex projects with AWS / Azure native services.
- Develop business cases, TCO, application assessment, and migration planning, including Cloud Operating Model design.
- Contribute to the company cloud community and assets.
- Provide solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth organizational knowledge.
- Set strategic direction and establish near-term goals for the area.
Responsibilities (DevOps)
- Implement DevOps and Elastic service technologies such as GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Cucumber, and Chef.
- Build, deploy, and monitor software projects continuously with CI tools like Jenkins or TravisCI.
- Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Chef, Ansible, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation, or similar.
- Perform DevOps tasks for the bank.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and drive adoption.
- Engage with operations for smooth transition and operational alignment.
- Transform the organization towards an engineering culture.
- Define and implement security best practices and risk management.
- Execute advanced engineering delivery practices.
- Drive DevOps and advanced engineering practices through implementation.
Job Requirements
Cloud Governance Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, designing, and transferring applications to the cloud.
- Experience in technology governance and managing transformations.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud Services, Platforms, and Technologies.
- Experience with large-scale IT processes and complex matrix environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in business transformation through technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels.
- Experience managing global IT teams, preferably in financial services with regulatory experience.
Cloud Architect (Infra and Security)
- Understanding of cloud computing and application transfer experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years designing, executing, and supporting cloud solutions.
- Strong cloud architecture skills in application, security, and infrastructure.
- Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect; CISA, CISSP are a plus.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and trends.
- Effective communication skills.
