Job Description
• Work closely with business users to understand the requirements
• Perform and facilitate requirement collection, analysis, management and communication / negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and manage the schedule of requirement collection, functional requirement walkthrough, and provide support on project implementation and deployment
• Prepare the test case & conduct the UAT before production launch
• Provide system training to frontline users
• Prepare relevant reports for management review
Job Requirements
• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years or above related experience, preferable in IT Industry and/or Telecommunication
• Understand systems integration concepts
• Mature, sensible, and self-motivated
• A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
