Job Responsibilities

• Provide internal, on-site, and phone support
• Perform remote support, create user training materials, and installation documents
• Manage O365 admin controls and software licenses
• Conduct daily checks on NAS backup status, backup processes, CCTV, and storage health
• Use Windows 10, Outlook 2016, Office 2016, and O365
• Support Active Directory, O365, Terminal Server, file server access rights, and smartphones
• Support Windows Server environments
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, printers, including installation and maintenance
• Manage email and Office 365 services
• Maintain software and hardware inventory
• Collaborate with vendors

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in system administration or IT support
• High diploma in computer science, information technology, electronics, or telecommunications; relevant work experience also considered
