A consulting company is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant (ERP) to assist with ERP system implementations and user training. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma in relevant fields, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese. Qualifications

• Knowledge in financial systems, reporting tools, project management, database management or VBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Perform ERP system implementation from requirement collection to deployment.
• Collect user requirements and prepare related documents.
• Support customers in using the system and assist with troubleshooting.

• Perform ERP system implementation from requirement collection, system configuration, user training, testing and deployment
• Collect user requirements, analysis and preparation in related documents
• Support customers on using the system and work with the team to troubleshoot the problem
• Work closely with development team to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
• Assist in the system development life cycle
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems, Computing Science, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge in the financial systems, reporting tools, project management, database management or VBA will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-minded
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin are included)
