Job summary

An established banking institution is seeking an Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager in Product Development. The successful candidate will develop and enhance e-banking services and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. A university degree in Finance or Business Administration and at least 5 years of experience in the banking field are required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Officer role. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the bank's e-banking initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in banking field.
• Sound knowledge in e-banking products development preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new services or enhancements for e-banking, i.e. Commercial Internet Banking, Personal Internet Banking and Phone Banking.
• Responsible for maintaining and further developing the proper functions for e-banking.
• Communicate with different users on collecting requirements, conducting UAT and providing training to related parties.
• Assist in UAT management.
• Update business operation manuals and application documents.
• Carry on ad hoc project as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in banking field.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge in e-banking products development and familiar with related banking product, solid software engineering background will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Officer.
