Job description

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the treasury system development projects and provide assistant on project management, as well as UAT process where relevant.
• Coordinate with various user departments and stakeholders to define system requirements and test plan.
• Work with the information technology department for new system implementation or enhancement.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors on all aspects of project progression/status.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Finance, Business Administration , Information Systems or related disciplines, with professional qualification such as CFA and FRM an added advantage.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in risk management.
• Experience in project management, system implementation or business/operation transformation is preferable.
• Sound experience in financial services environment with good knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Proficient in complex Project Management, with PMP credentials would be a plus.
• Work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
