Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Assistant Manager – Product Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in product and proposition design, focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders’ viewpoints
  • Provide support for distribution channels in achieving business goals
  • Support delivery of product initiatives and manage product projects according to requirements and product development standards
  • Assist in manage and coordinate product development process by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables
  • Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies
  • Assist to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
  • Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products’ competitiveness
  • Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support to other teams as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate or above, preferably in Marketing / Translation & Communication/ Statistics / Business Administration or related discipline
  • Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage
  • 3-5 years’ working experience in product development and marketing field, preferably in life insurance industry, but not a must
  • Proactive and self-motivated in driving for results and continuously improved performance
  • Attentive to details with good in execute project, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong team work and build constructive professional relationship with different stakeholders and distribution channels
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Excellent command in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
