- Manage system implementation projects with key stakeholders and external vendors
- Collect and analyse requirements from different stakeholders, perform system design and development, plan and execute system tests and system deployment
- Be a project lead in system development and enhancement
- Prepare presentations to report system / progress update for internal stakeholders and management team
- Prepare and maintain user manuals, provide user training and support regularly
- Perform any ah-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information System, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of system implementation experience in multi-entities ERP and HR; at least 3 years in project coordination / managing role
- Solid experience in vendor management from coordinating, monitoring, measuring to evaluating vendors’ performance
- Strong experience in data management. Knowledge in Power BI and Crystal Report is a plus
- Experience in application deployment with Microsoft technologies, Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation products is a plus
- Experience in booking / leasing management system, such as Ungerboeck, is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work
- A team player with proactive, detail and result oriented mindset, fast learner, able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
