Job summary

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the corporate IT operation and venue ICT arrangement
• Support corporate system infrastructure and maintenance, i.e. Firewalls, VPN, Switches and Routers
• Manage hardware and software procurement, negotiation and vendor management
• Identify the operation risk and control and ensure operation quality; troubleshoot on PC, network and systems problem.
• Regular report and review the operation procedures and compliances
• Work on shift to perform the system operation (e.g. batch job running, data and applications backup, systems health check)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years relevant Information Technology experience
• Certification on ITIL foundation and VMWare are preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure products including network, enterprise system management, network & Wifi solutions, AD directory services, and Windows server and VMWare platforms
• Hands-on, all-rounded, energetic, highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent technical knowledge includes but not limited to servers, network infrastructure and securities. Good experience in both PC and web environments
