Job Description
  • Develop the business model with the innovative technology in order to enhance the customer journey and experience
  • Analyse user requirements and collaborate with IT to conduct the feasibility study
  • Design the process flow in the digital platform to enhance the customer experience
  • Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives
  • Formulate system requirements and support UAT in Agile environment
Job Requirements
  • Degree or above with major in e-Commerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, Event Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
