Job summary

A local retail group is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to enhance its team. The successful candidate will manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Group, while also preparing management reports and conducting financial analysis. Applicants should hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, be ACCA/HKICPA qualified, and possess at least five years of relevant experience. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP.

Assistant Finance Manager (Luxury Retail; 5day work) (HK$35K-HK$40K)

Our client is a local retail group. They are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their growing team.

• Be responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group and regional business
• Manage the management accounting functions
• Prepare regular management reports, rolling forecast and provide strategic advice to business leader
• Conduct financial and operational analysis, modeling and KPI monitoring
• Support implementation of financial systems, reports and uphold business projects
• Assist in treasury management and implement corporate guideline
• Involve in procedures and internal controls review and enhancement
• Participate in ad hoc projects for business development

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA
• 5 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations, with experience in listed companies and MNC is an advantage
• Energetic, self-initiative, independent, able to work in multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong project management, analytical skill and business acumen
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with supervision experience
• Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office, knowledge in SAP, Excel Macro and VBA is a definitely advantage
